- When you invite prospects to the data room, the email message modal pops up. Setting the “Reply-to” email will enable all emails to respond to the email inputted. The Subject and Message serve as the body of the email. After the email is sent, the status column will shift to “Email Sent.”
This is an example of the email sent to investors. The Open Data Room button will direct them to the data room.
