Using a Custom NDA in Flow’s Data Room

Flow makes it easy to leverage your organization’s own NDA for prospective investors to sign prior to accessing your deal’s Data Room

1. Select the toggle “Require Prospects to sign NDA before viewing data room.”
2. A pop up modal will appear, where you can select Custom NDA

3. Flow’s Data Room portal is set up to record the acknowledgement, email, entered name, IP address, date, timestamp and NDA version associated with the consent. There is no digital signature or rendered document created with the acknowledgement of the NDA, just a readout of who has or hasn’t accepted the Document.
4. As such, Flow recommends removing any signature block prior to uploading the PDF. 

Investors will receive a link prompting them to sign in and continue to the NDA

After accepting the NDA, Investors will have full access to the data room.
