1. Go to flowinc.app/login and select 'Forgot password?'.
2. Enter the email linked to your Flow account.
3. Once you receive the email select 'Reset Password.' The email will be from 'no-reply@flowinc.com' with the subject titled 'Reset Your Flow Password.' If you don't see the email navigate to the 'Tips' section below.
Troubleshooting
- If you are having trouble locating the 'Reset your Password' email:
- Check your spam folder.
- Confirm you're using the email that's linked to your account in Flow.
- If the page is not loading or you're getting an error message:
- Try a new browser session.
- Update your browser:
- Updating Chrome:
1.) Open Chrome Browser
2.) Click the 'Chrome' tab in the Menu Bar
3. Click 'About Google Chrome' > this will take you page where Chrome will check for updates > NOTE the browser version. Make sure you have the latest version of your browser installed.
4.) Automatically downloads the latest version > restart browser
5.) Chrome should be updated > visit Flow link again
6.) Alternatively, you can download the latest version of Chrome via: https://www.google.com/chrome/ - Updating Safari:
1.) Click the 'Apple' in the upper left hand corner of your screen
2.) Choose 'System Preferences' > Click 'System Preferences'
3.) Apple checks for Updates > if Safari Update is Available > Update
4.) Reopen Safari and Flow link
