How to Add Flow To your First Republic Bank fund account.
The following article provides instructions on how to add Flow as a user to your fund's First Republic Bank (FRB) corporate account. This is needed as a part of the fund administration process.
HOW TO LINK A NEW ACCOUNT TO AN EXISTING SUB-USER:

Since SUBUSER has a sub-user already on the COMPANY ID profile you will just need to complete the following steps to grant them access to the requested account:
Please see below for the steps you need to complete to add the needed accounts to SUBUSER ID sub-user profile:
- Navigate to the “Setup” tab (just above Sign Out)
- Manage Users
- Select the SUBUSER ID Sub User
- Scroll down and click into “Payments and Reporting Accounts”, Select the account you want to grant SUBUSER access to:
SAVE - Scroll down and click into “Check Services and Account Assignment”, Select the account you want to grant FLOW access to:

Add Flow as an Account User
- Log into your First Republic Bank Account
- Select the “Setup” tab on your left-hand side menu
- Select “Manage Users” under “Advanced Administration”.
- Give Access to Flow
(First time Granting Access) (Previously Granted Access) a. Select “Add User” a. Select "Search User(s)". b. Fill in the user information
provided belowb. Search for FLOWOPS. c. Select FLOWOPS - User ID: FLOWOPS(no spaces)
- Legal First Name: Abby
- Legal Last Name: Tumbale
- Create a temporary passwordd. Skip to the next step - Provide login credentials to Flow.
Set Permissions to Flow Account
The following steps will give Flow permission to access selected items. Refer to the bottom of the page for a detailed explanation of each selection. - Select Administration Permissions

- Mark StdReports and Wire Activity for relevant accounts

- Select Check Services Account Assignment
- Mark Account Transfers, Balance Inquiry, Check, Dashboard, and Documents
SaveNote: If additional accounts are added to the profile, you will need to manually grant the additional accounts to your user.
Appendix - Description of Permissions

ACCOUNT ACTIVITY AND STOP PAYMENT PERMISSIONS | Account Inquiry | selected permissions allow your user to view transactional history and export in the formats listed (CSV/Tab, Quicken or Quickbooks). This will also apply to visibility to loans if loans are linked to the profile |
Stop Payment | allow the user to place stop payments (single or multiple at a time) | |

TRANSFER PERMISSIONS | Transfer | admins can allow users to initiate transfers between FRB accounts linked to the Corporate Online portal or simply view transfers imitated by other users. Internal transfer approvals (“Approve Transfers”) can be enabled by request. |
