You can find fund documents by clicking on the "Documents" tab on the Fund's page. Each Fund has seven folders where documents are housed according to type. Here's a breakdown of what you'll find in each of those folders:
Accounting - invoices, bank statements, workbooks, and other accounting-related documentation;
Formation Documents - Documents associated with the formation and good standing of the SPV (e.g. Certificate of Formation, EIN confirmation letters, Certificate of Good Standing, and entity amendments);
Fund Documents - clean (i.e. unsigned) versions of the SPV's subscription documents;
Investors - the subscription documents, side letters, and other investment documents that are uploaded to each investor's subscription in the deal;
Post-Close Documents - documentation related to actions that occur after the SPV has closed, such as amendment consents;
Securities Filings - copies of the SPV's Form D filings and blue sky receipts (if applicable);
Data Room - this folder shows the documents that are currently available in the SPV's Data Room. Documents in the Data Room can be viewed by all the SPV's investors and their team members (i.e. individuals added to each investor's investment account).
